This page says plainly what happens with what you type and what the site keeps. It is written for people; the rules below are the ones the software follows.
Ouli is Neuforce's agent on this site. What you write to it, and what it answers, is stored as a conversation record on Neuforce's servers. If you give a name, a work email or a company, those are stored with the conversation. Nothing you write is used to train any model.
To answer, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, the company whose model Ouli runs on, under Neuforce's commercial agreement with them, which does not permit training on the content.
Nothing leaves the conversation unless you say yes. When you ask to be put in touch with the team, Ouli asks for permission to share the conversation; only after a yes is a short brief, with your name, company and what you asked for, sent to Neuforce's team. A no keeps everything where it is.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking across sites. Your browser's settings decide whether the cookie notice has been dismissed.
The site is served by Vercel. Conversations are stored on Railway, in the United States. Replies come from Anthropic. The bot check is by Cloudflare. A brief you approved goes to Neuforce's Slack workspace. Each of them holds only what its part of the work needs.
Write to hi@neuforce.ai to see what was stored about a conversation, to have it deleted, or to withdraw a yes you gave. Say roughly when the conversation happened; the identifier in your browser's cookie helps us find it.
